Shreyas Aradhya is an innovation strategist and ecosystem builder, passionate about bridging
the gap between early-stage startups, Universities and corporate innovation. He is currently the
founder of Hackcultrue, A Mysuru based startup working towards innovation management.
With a strong foundation in program management and strategic partnerships, Shreyas has led
corporate innovation programs for industry leaders such as Google, P&G, TATA Steel, and
Aditya Birla Capital. His work involves building and executing startup engagement programs,
Hackathons, facilitating go-to-market partnerships, and managing proof-of-concept (PoC)
portfolios to accelerate scalable impact.
Through his work, Shreyas remains committed to creating a future where deep science, fintech,
